Defined lemon colour with slight green tones. The appearance is crystalline with persistent fine bubbles forming a necklace. Flavour with a predominance of dried fruit and pleasant vegetal notes with nuances of critical notes. In the mouth is fruity with a crunchy mousse, a vibrating freshness and a long and persistent finish.
